About:

I am a LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) and a CAC (certified addictions counselor) in the state of Florida.  I offer in person and telehealth sessions for Florida residents. 
I am a LPC (licensed professional counselor) and a CRADC (certified reciprocal alcohol and drug counselor) in the state of Missouri.  I offer telehealth sessions for Missouri residents.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I provide couples therapy and am Gottman trained. I am a trained DBT (dialectical behavior therapy) therapist. DBT focuses on mindfulness. I am also trained in ART (accelerated resolution therapy) which helps people with trauma and anxiety.
I received my graduate degree from Webster University. I worked for 10 years at a community mental health facility and 3 1/2 years at a psychiatric hospital prior to opening my practice. I have experience working with first responders and veterans.
